A short version of who I am and how I show up in work, family, and community.
Background

Rooted in land, real estate & people

I’ve spent my career working where land, real estate, business, and community intersect – helping clients make smart decisions about property, development, and long-term investment. My approach is simple: listen carefully, tell the truth, and do what I say I’ll do.

Along the way, I’ve worn a lot of hats: REALTOR®, project manager, cattleman, elected official, and occasional storyteller. The through-line is service and stewardship.

How I work

Clear, candid, relationship-first

Whether we’re talking about a single parcel or a multi-phase build, I try to make complex things feel manageable. That means:

  • translating jargon into plain language,
  • bringing the right people to the table at the right time, and
  • keeping everyone aligned on what “done” looks like.

If you value straight talk, shared expectations, and a long view, we’ll get along just fine.
